Child Abuse Prevention Month
The 2017 Child Abuse Prevention Month is rapidly
Each April, Prevent Child Abuse Florida, the Ounce
of Prevention Fund of Florida and the Florida Department of
Children and Families combine efforts to recognize Child Abuse
Prevention Month and promote the Pinwheels for
Prevention public awareness campaign.The Pinwheels for
Prevention campaign is part of a national movement focusing on
community activities and public policies that prioritize healthy child

conference at the Governor’s Mansion on Tuesday, April 4,
and hosted by First Lady Ann Scott. Speakers will include
